This beautiful pre loved lodge is designed to create a luxury feel, the lodge has everything you should need to make a holiday home from home.  A stylish well fit kitchen boasts a large range oven and cooker hood, freestanding luxury fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher, microwave, integrated wine cooler, pop up socket tower, one and a half bowl sink and a designer tap and soft close drawers and cupboard doors. The separate dining area has a glass inlaid table and stylish rattan chairs, whilst the lounge has a feature fire and a glass inlaid coffee table.

The use of separate utility room/hallway has an integrated washer dryer, storage facilities. LED or low voltage lighting throughout, condensing central heating boiler and energy efficient appliances are all included. The family bathroom has a L shaped full size bath with an overhead shower and a LED mirrors, this bathroom is connected to the twin bedroom by walk through wardrobe. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower and a walk in wardrobe, the twin bedroom has two full size single beds.

This lodge is nicely finished with L shaped decking with partial lake views. It comes with a large storage box and a golf buggy and charger. 50 year license is also included.
