Pure Leisure Group is an established family business which has for many years now been a market leader in leisure and holidays in the U.K.  The Company owns and operates holiday parks throughout the North West, Wales, Yorkshire, Cambridgeshire and East Anglia.

We are looking for an experienced Cook to work in our busy kitchen at Bridlington Links. We are looking for someone who loves to cook, is proud of what you produce and passionate about delivering consistently high standards of food and able to help us maintain our 5* rating.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, confident, with the ability to work both as a team player and on their own initiative, have a flexible attitude and ‘hands on’ approach.  This role is ideal for full time or part time candidates.

Your duties will include:

• Preparing food
• Maintaining excellent standards
• Assisting in the preparation and cooking for functions
• Assisting with menu changes
• Cleaning down the kitchen at the end of service
• Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene

The successful candidate will:

• Have a passion for food, hospitality and be a team player
• Have or willing to work towards Food Safety & Food Hygiene Certificate
