Terms and conditions: Offer available at South Lakeland Leisure Village only. No cash alternative. Advanced bookings only available in selected lodges that are for sale. Pure Leisure Group will be sole rental agent of the lodge during the first 3 years from the date of handover to the owner. Return of investment can only be generated through the letting of the lodge and is net of all costs except rates, gas, electric and insurance. Selected weeks may be booked in advance for owner usage and may not include any peak holiday weeks. Returns will be paid on the 1st annual anniversary of the completion of the purchase and each year thereafter. Any repairs made outside of the initial 12 month warranty period will be charged separately. Excludes any private sales or any other offer. Offer may be withdrawn at any time.
