3 March 2019

Night life

While you may think of the Lake District as being a tranquil, calm and quiet, and while this is true, there is so much more to the area than that. In fact, you can find a great nightlife in this beautiful part of the country. So, if you’re visiting one of our three Lake District holiday parks, make sure to check out some of the local nightlife.

Bootleggers Bar

Kendal

This is the perfect venue to see some of the best local bands and cover bands. Bootleggers is known for its fantastic atmosphere, with a capacity of up to 300 people. There is also a gallery bar upstairs which is perfect for a more relaxed evening. You can enjoy live music every Thursday, Friday and Sunday, but make sure to check what’s on when you’re planning to visit as some events are ticketed.

Other nights of the week you may be able to catch a live band in action while you settle in with your drinks.
