Cook – Kenmore Kitchen
Job Purpose and Details:
We are looking for a Cook to work in our Kenmore Kitchen – Mains of Taymouth Golf and Country Estate
As a Cook, you will be delivering simple but high-quality food, ensuring the highest standards and consistent quality.
- Part Time Position (flexible hours)
Key Duties will include:
- Preparing food including; Breakfast rolls and Sandwiches
- Ensuring that all food is served at a safe and appropriate temperature using probes where necessary
- Maintaining excellent standards
- Preparation and cooking
- Cleaning down the surfaces and appliances before closure
- Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene
- To aid stocktaking in conjunction with the Head Chef
- To provide excellent customer service when taking orders, payments and serving food
- To undergo specific training as indicated by the Manager
Skills required:
- Have a passion for food, hospitality and be a team player
- Good communication skills
- Be willing to learn
- Comfortable with lone working
- The Right to Work in the UK
- Food Hygiene Certificate or willing to work towards
