How long are the parks open for?
The seasons do vary from park to park. Some of our parks are open 12 months of the year, Tydd St Giles Golf and Country Club, Crook O’Lune Holiday Park and Bridlington Golf and Leisure Estate. The remainder are open between 10 and 11 months of the year.
How much are the annual site fees?
Site fees do vary greatly from park to park. Annual fee amounts vary based on what the park has to offer e.g. caravan parks, lodge parks, types of facilities on offer and the actual location of the park. More information can be given when you visit us or please call our central sales team for further details.
What other running cost are there?
In addition to your site fees, there are other costs to consider. They are insurance, rates, metered electric and metered or bottled gas. More information on these costs can be given when you visit us or call us for further details.
Am I permitted to bring my dog (s) to stay with me in my holiday home?
Yes, we welcome well-behaved dogs at all of our parks if you are an owner with us.
How long may I keep my holiday home for?
Again, this varies across the parks – please call our central sales team for more information.
I already own a touring caravan/motorhome or holiday home on an alternative holiday park, will I be able to part-exchange to a holiday home you have on your park?
Yes, we will always consider part exchange. Any age, any condition, all makes, models and sizes will be considered, in fact we would even consider part exchanging a trailer tent, boat or other leisure product in addition to the above.
Please bring specific details with you when you visit us. Please note we do require an MOT certificate for a motorhome.

Can I bring my existing holiday home to your park?
If you are an existing caravan owner on another park but are unhappy with your current location, we can offer the option to relocate your caravan to some of our parks from time to time. We can take care of all the arrangements including disconnections, collection, transport, delivery and re-connection. Alternatively, we can also offer a quotation to part exchange your holiday home with us, and start afresh. Call us to arrange a free appraisal of your existing caravan today. Subject to park and pitch availability.
Am I allowed to sublet to offset some of the running costs?
Yes, we only allow subletting at four of our park locations – Tydd St Giles Golf and Country Club, South Lakeland Leisure Village, Billing Aquadrome and Bridlington Links Golf and Leisure Estate.
Subletting your holiday home when you are not using it is a great way to offset some of the annual running costs as a holiday home owner you need to pay for include site fees, water and rates, gas, electricity and insurance.
Potential income will vary dependent upon where your holiday home is located and on how many times and at what time of the year you wish to use your holiday home for your own personal use. Although we cannot guarantee income levels, you could generate up to £10,000 per annum allowing many owners to enjoy the benefits of ownership without the ongoing costs.
Many owners have neither the time nor the expertise to carry out the arrangements required to sublet their holiday home. Pure Leisure Group can offer you a fully managed letting service with a dedicated reservations team, open 7 days a week.

To meet with health and safety requirements, your holiday home will require specific fire safety equipment and annual safety inspections.
Holiday homes are not exempt from TV licensing, so bear in mind that whether you’re holidaying yourself or subletting, your holiday home will need a valid TV licence.

What are your check-in and out times?
Camping and Touring – Check-in 2pm. Check out 12pm.
Camping Pods – Check-in 4pm. Check out 10am. If a pod is available before standard check-in time the park will happily check you in earlier for a small charge.
Hire Lodges/Statics Caravans– Check-in from 2pm dependent on category of accommodation. Check out 10am.
When is my balance payment due?
Balance payable less your deposit 60 days prior to arrival date. For bookings made 60 days prior to arrival or less, the full balance is payable at the time of booking. A payment reminder will not be sent. Failure to pay may mean your holiday will be canceled and your deposit lost.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
We require a security deposit of £40 to be taken with a credit/debit card when checking in to our Pods and £100 when checking into Accommodation Hire. This will need to be taken on arrival to park through credit or debit card and will be refunded back to you within 10 working days of your departure. If for any reason you are not to be refunded the park will contact you to explain why. If after 10 days you haven’t heard from us and the money hasn’t been refunded, please contact the park directly for further information.
How do I pay for my holiday?
We accept all credit/debit cards excluding American Express. Please make cheques payable to Pure Leisure Group. PLEASE NOTE – We will not accept payment by cash on arrival.
My booking confirmation looks wrong?
All booking confirmations sent via Email or through the post are computer-generated and will not show some details of your booking eg. Infants, pets, awning, pup tents, pitch numbers, specific accommodation numbers etc.
If I book direct will you give me your best price?
If you find a cheaper price for a holiday offer from another Booking Agent please call our Bookings Team direct and we will match it for you.
Do you accept group bookings?
We do not accept group bookings (3 or more) from single sex groups or groups under 21 years of age. Any booking subsequently found in breach of these conditions may, at our discretion, be removed from the park without any refunds.
What’s included in my holiday home?
All bedding, electricity and gas is included in the price of your stay. Extra bedding and pillows are also always available within the holiday home. Please note that while all bed linen is provided, bathing towels and tea towels are not. All our hire accommodation have televisions in the lounge area.
What do I need to bring?
Bed linen is provided in all our hire accommodation. However, you will need to bring your own bath towels, tea towels, washing up items, toilet roll, consumables, toiletries and food etc…
Do you have hot tubs?
Most of the accommodation on our parks is privately owned and rented out either through us or privately. We have select lodges and glamping pods which offer hot tubs.
Do you offer Cots & High Chairs?
Should you have younger children within your party; cots and highchairs available for hire for a small extra charge. £7 per item for a short break and £14 per item for a week. Please book at the time of booking your stay.
Can you cater for my special request?
Our staff endeavor to ensure every customer need is catered for during your stay with us. If you have any special requirements or requests please do not hesitate to discuss with our Reservations Team. Wherever possible, we will try to meet your needs to ensure your stay with us is an experience you will want to repeat.
Can I bring my pet?
Because we know how attached some of our guests are to their pets, we welcome well-behaved dogs at all our parks in a small number of selected caravans, lodges and pods. All camping and touring guests are permitted to bringing pets. Max. 2 dogs per booking where permissible. Make sure you tell our friendly Reservations Team that you require a pet friendly unit or select your requirement when booking online. Charges apply – Camping, Touring and Pods £4 per pet per night, Accommodation £35 per pet for a short break and £45 per pet for a week.
Are Leisure Passes included?
Access to our leisure facilities at Fell End Holiday Park, South Lakeland Leisure Village and Tydd St Giles Golf & Country Club are chargeable. Don’t forget to order your leisure passes at the time of booking to get our advanced discount rates. Passes purchased on/after arrival will be higher.
What does your Cancellation Protection Plan offer?
For cancellation cover to be valid an appropriate fee of £16.00 per lodge per week or £10 part week must be paid at the time of initial booking. Cancellation cover for camping and touring is £10 per stay. The available funds of the scheme will absolve you from any outstanding liability and ensure the return of all monies paid (excluding the cancellation protection fee) if you have to cancel in advance due to illness, accident, death or maternity of any member of your party, or jury service or unemployment by redundancy, of the person who made the booking.
In the event of a cancellation please advise in writing as soon as possible. Satisfactory evidence of the authenticity of the claim is, of course, required (see conditions 4). Moving holiday dates or refunds will not be considered unless cancellation protection has been paid. The company reserves the right to charge up to £10.00 for each amendment to your booking.

Can I bring a BBQ?
You’re welcome to bring a BBQ with you as long as this is raised off the floor at all times. Open fires, pits, and lanterns however are not permitted at any parks.

Are toilet and shower blocks open?
Yes, for those parks with touring and camping facilities our toilet and shower blocks are now open.
How do I buy leisure passes?
Operating under Covid-19 procedures you cannot purchase leisure passes with your booking, you will be able to purchase these as well as book your leisure slots upon arrival at the park.
