Receptionist – Lakesway
Job Purpose
To provide a greeting, welcoming and directing customers and appropriately answering and forwarding calls and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
• Liaising with park teams, to provide the best experience for our guests
• Dealing with enquiries from internal and external customers
• Reception duties, resolving guest queries and answering the telephone and online enquiries
• Ensuring all paperwork is managed and organised well
• Cash handling
• Processing payments
• To undergo specific training as indicated by the Manager as and when required
• Take all reasonable steps to protect the health, safety and welfare of all employees, patrons and visitors, by promoting safe working practices
• Comply with company policies, rules and procedures at all times
• Any other duties as required by your line manager commensurate with your role

Education / Experience:
• The right to work in the UK
• Previous experience in a similar environment would be a distinct advantage.
