Cockerham Sands is a beautiful holiday park situated in a secluded and picturesque seafront location on the Lune Estuary. An accessible location in northern Lancashire, Cockerham Sands is an ideal base for exploring the nearby towns of Blackpool and Lancaster, as well as the Forest of Bowland and Lake District Areas of Outstanding National Beauty.
This location is nationally and internationally designated as a site of Special Scientific Interest, Special Area of Conservation, Special Protection Area and Ramsar site for their coastal habitats and the wildlife they support, including salt marshes, intertidal reefs, and wader and waterfowl populations. This makes it a great location for twitchers or those people who simply enjoy nature and wildlife.
At Cockerham Sands it’s all about relaxing, taking in the wonderful sea views and spending time with family, friends and loved ones. This is why many guests come back year after year and have enjoyed staying here for several generations. Our location provides many local attractions to visit, with the seafront location making us the ideal base for walking, photography or jet ski outings, right from your doorstep. If you want to explore a little further though, then our outstanding holiday homes are situated within a half hour drive from the Lake District & Blackpool and with easy access to many other north-west locations.

Our holiday park is found right on the seafront and surrounded by countryside, so you will need to travel down a narrow country road to reach us. From the A588, Lancaster Road, turn on to Moss Lane and follow it right to the end!
