Here at Docker Holiday Park, we support our owners to sublet their holiday home.  It’s a great way of earning a little income during the times when you are unable to visit yourself, which can help offset running costs such as gas, electric and site fees.

Our park management team offer a full service solution, to make subletting your holiday home with us a breeze. We advertise on several leading holiday booking websites, and can advise on appropriate rates and restrictions.

Of course, to ensure a great experience for your guests, you will need to ensure that all fire and safety certificates are up to date annually, and ensure that the fixtures and fittings are well maintained. We also ask for a minimum inventory of items such as kitchen equipment and bedding to be followed.

Our team will handle the check in and welcome of your guests on your behalf, and do everything they can to help them enjoy their stay on park.
