The St Andrew’s is a luxury standard Holiday Home with a bright and open plan finish. The clever design, high vaulted ceilings, and spotlights throughout really gives the Holiday Home the feeling of space and light.
The St Andrews uses 9mm moisture resistant MDF board for the walls and ceiling covering; that we feel performs much better than the more widely used plasterboard.
The skirting boards, door architrave, and coving are all manufactured by Beverly Park Homes and this runs throughout the Holiday Home to level of quality they strive to achieve.

External Appearance
The St Andrews is clad in brown Canexel with matching double glazed windows.

Kitchen
The Holiday Home has a grand kitchen designed and made in house for maximum flexibility and quality, slow close hinges with drawer runners and an island unit with bar stools. It also has luxury integrated appliances including a full size fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor, and full size dishwasher.

Utility Room
The spacious utility room comes with a full size washing machine; sink with swan neck tap and 24kw boiler with a full 2 year warranty.

Lounge
The stylish open plan lounge area boasts a 1 x 3 seater sofa, a 1 x 2 seater sofa, 1 x chair, a 6 seater dining table with 4 chairs, stylish electric framed fire with impeccable surround and fully lined curtains or blinds throughout.

Bedrooms
There are 2 very spacious bedrooms inside the Holiday Home that would comfortably sleep 4 people. Similarly to the lounge area bespoke impeccably fitted furniture can be found throughout, giving us greater flexibility and a high quality of finish.
