Description

The St Andrew’s is a luxury, open plan holiday home with high vaulted ceilings and spotlights throughout, creating a feeling of space and light.

The St Andrews uses 9mm moisture resistant MDF board for the walls and ceiling covering, which we think performs much better than the more widely used plasterboard.

The skirting boards, door architrave and coving are manufactured by Beverley Park Homes and are a perfect example of the high level of quality fixtures which are prevalent throughout this fabulous lodge.

External Appearance

The St Andrews is clad in brown Canexel with matching double glazed windows.

Kitchen

The holiday home has a rather grand kitchen design with the  addition of an island unit with bar stools; luxury integrated appliances including a full size fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor, and full size dishwasher; and quality units which are manufactured to a high specification, having slow close hinges and drawer runners.

Utility Room

The spacious utility room comes with a full size washing machine; sink with swan neck tap and 24kw boiler with a full 2 year warranty.

Lounge

The stylish open plan lounge area boasts one three seater and one two seater sofas, a comfy chair and a 6 seater dining table with 4 chairs. For colder days there is  a stylish electric framed fire with an impressive surround.  The soft furnishings throughout are either fully lined curtains or blinds and compliment the overall design.

Bedrooms

There are 2 very spacious, full fitted bedrooms (one en-suite) which can comfortably accommodate 4 people. For those buyers looking to add a personalised touch to their holiday home we  offer a bespoke design service.
