Sales Executive -
North West England & Billing Aquadrome

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our busy sales teams in the North West.

The ideal candidate will be someone with previous sales experience, who enjoys customer interaction, has the drive to surpass targets, who wants to create the best holiday home ownership experience for owners and new customers alike.

Your duties will include:

  • To provide a comprehensive sales service to all customers and generate holiday home sales in an efficient and compliant manner.
  • Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and provide relevant accurate sales information when requested.
  • Creating new leads via online marketing.
  • Thinking of new and creative ideas to contribute towards targets

Billing Aquadrome

The ideal candidate will be someone with previous security experience, who can work flexible shifts including evening and weekends, works well in a team and enjoys customer interaction.

Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining a security presence on site at all times being vigilant, proactive and responsive in order to provide a safe and secure environment for all visitors on park.
  • Having an on-site presence at all times.
  • Responding to all emergency calls and support appropriately.
  • Good customer service and able to deal with customer enquiries.

The ideal candidate must hold a SIA or Door Supervisors License.

Warden -
Six Arches

We are looking for a Warden to join our team at Six Arches Holiday Park.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, confident, practical person with the ability to work both as a team player and on their own initiative. You will display competency over a wide range of disciplines whilst demonstrating a flexible attitude and ‘hands on’ approach. You will be required to work every weekend and Bank Holiday throughout the season.

Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining a presence on the park.
  • Responding out of hours to all guest queries
  • Working under guidance and instruction from the park manager to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the business
  • A willingness to attend to any tasks and be prepared to work flexible hours
  • Assisting with late arrivals.

Leisure Assistant - full or part time -
South Lakeland Leisure Village

We have an exciting opportunity Leisure Attendants to join our Leisure Centre team at South Lakeland Leisure Village, we have full and part-time positions available, but the role will involve working a variety of days, evenings and weekends, so flexibility is a must!

We are recruiting for:

  • 1 full time Leisure Attendant ,30-40 hours per week (over 5 days)
  • 1 part time Leisure Attendant, 20 to 30 hours per week (over 3 or 4 days)

As a Leisure Attendant you will be a part of a team of motivated and skilled team members to provide an effective and efficient function throughout the Leisure Centre department.

Your duties will include:

  • Provide a safe and enjoyable leisure environment for our Lodge Owner, Holiday Guests and Leisure Members
  • Ensure company policies and Health & Safety guidelines are understood and adhered to at all times by all users and employees in the Leisure Centre.
  • Maintain training hours in accordance with NPLQ guidelines and maintain their NPLQ qualification.
  • Ensure throughout the day that cleaning and inspection processes are followed and the facility is maintained to a safe and clean level.
  • Accurately complete all paperwork required on a daily basis.
  • Be familiar with and able to advise members on the safe usage of gym equipment
  • To carry out reception and administration duties, including bookings, membership enquiries, and answering the reception telephone.

  • Hold the National Pool and Lifeguard Qualification or willing to work towards qualification

The role includes working 42.5 hours per week 5 days over 7 to include weekends and bank holidays.

The Grounds-person’s duties:

  • Ensure the park grounds are kept to the highest quality and standard for our guests
  • Delivering a ‘breath of fresh air’ experience for our guests through the upkeep of beautiful grounds and gardens, contributing to guest advocacy and customer satisfaction.
  • To assist the grounds maintenance team with general duties as and when required.
  • Undertake lawn maintenance throughout the park, including, but not limited to mowing, watering, fertilising, and spraying as required.
  • Ensuring all work areas are presented and managed to the highest level at all times.

  • Checking all accommodation has correct inventory levels
  • Assist with the deep cleaning of accommodation out of season
