Curious About Plant-Based Foods? Visit These 10 Vegan Restaurants!

25 January 2023

The plant-based lifestyle has become increasingly popular in recent years. Veganuary, an organisation that encourages people to adopt a vegan diet at the start of the year, had 620,00 pledges in 2022, which is 37,462 more than the previous year.

A vegan lifestyle is popular with all generations, although one study found that people aged 55+ are more likely to adopt a vegan diet than millennials and gen-z. They reported choosing this lifestyle change to help with their health and the environment!

Businesses are also changing their palettes to accommodate for this shift. In fact, Veganuary found that restaurants across the UK had introduced 1540 new vegan products and menus in 2022. These plant-based destinations are paving the way for people wanting to try cruelty-free food!
