We’re All Going On A Summer Holiday!

The great British holiday has well and truly made a comeback. Budget camping and caravanning holidays have become more popular than ever. And they’re also the perfect excuse for families to spend some quality time together.

According to to Barclays Bank, more than half of British young adults who holiday domestically plan to increase their ‘staycations’. We elected to take our summer holiday within the UK rather than abroad.

Britain received a record average of 588 hours of sunshine in 2013. So it’s no wonder people are opting to stay in the country for their summer holidays.

In 2013 65% of Brits chose to holiday on our own shores. Thirty-three percent of people stated that it is cheaper to holiday in the UK than abroad and have found it is better value for money. More than a third of Brits (35%) believe it is important to holiday here in the UK. This is in order to preserve our heritage and support our tourism industry.

Our new state-of-the-art £5 million facility has become the hub of the park. It offers everything from à la carte dining to a fantastic indoor pool.

Adults can enjoy the Water’s Edge Restaurant, with magnificent views across the lake, or hang out in our relaxing lounge and bar area while the youngsters play in The Gaming Zone.

There’s loads of to choose from in The Gaming Zone including arcade games and an air hockey table.
